Lexington, KY (January 9, 2011)—In a joint announcement today, Link-Belt Construction Equipment Company and Tadano Ltd. announced the termination of their supply agreement for all terrain cranes. The supply agreement provided Link-Belt the ability to sell Tadano Faun-manufactured all terrain cranes under the Link-Belt brand on a non-exclusive basis in the North American, Central American and Caribbean markets.

A termination agreement, which was developed to provide an orderly conclusion to this supply arrangement, places a high priority on the interests of customers that own the Link-Belt branded all terrain cranes and includes long term commitments on the part of both Tadano Faun and Link-Belt in customer support areas such as parts supply and technical support.
